Dr. Sison holds degrees in Biological Science and Psychology and holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. He has over 30 years of experience as a professional trainer, health care executive, and clinical psychologist, with unique experiences in interpersonal communications, executive strategy implementation, consultation, and change facilitation during organizational transition. A currently practicing clinician, Dr. Sison has relevant extensive experience in promoting rapid, real, and sustainable improvement strategies, which he brings to every training experience.
He leads Sison Consulting, a training, consultation, and evaluation firm that specializes in the delivery of highly-customized services for all organizations in communication, interpersonal and leadership skills development change management, team building, and executive consultation and coaching.
